Network Engagement Tracker (NET) is a robust, state of the art technology platform designed to notify community overdose prevention team members when a client in their care experiences an event which puts them at heightened risk of relapse or overdose. The system is designed to trigger a coordinated response by area Peer Advocates to mitigate the social factors which lead to missed appointments and other missed opportunities for recovery assistance.

NET is used by a tri-county High Risk Mitigation team covering Columbia, Greene and Ulster New York. The team will consist of three sub teams; an opioid fatality review board and overdose response team and an overdose prevention team all contributing data to NET.
